BEST ProfeSsional Stadiums FOOTBALL GOAL

FORZA Alu60 ProfesSional football GOAL

Alex’s personal opinion

Possibly the best of the goals that we can find on the net to use in any professional football match.

This goal is manufactured to the smallest detail, following  elite construction techniques, for proper use all year round due to the aluminium design of the goal frame.

We consider this goal to be the most outstanding because, in addition to being an excellent choice for competitions, it is also a light and portable goal  thanks to a FORZA brand  folding design.

Forza Alu110 Freestanding PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Alex’s personal opinion

With five goal sizes to choose from the FORZA brand, youth teams and senior teams can play any match with one of the best stadium soccer goals on the market.

The goals have been expertly designed for peak performance on match days, making them perfect for professional and non-professional soccer clubs, as they can be moved around the entire pitch.

Coming in a great choice of sizes, this incredible range of 110 aluminum soccer goals are suitable for all ages, from the smallest to the largest. Rear reinforcement bars have been added to this stadium goal for greater durability.

Pass Official PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Jorge’s personal opinion

This goal is perhaps one of the cheapest on the market due to its materials, design and construction.

Even so, this goal is regulated by FIFA and MLS with a steel frame and relatively quick assembly.

We are glad to put it in the list because it is an AMAZON’S CHOICE and, due to its stability and price, this is one of the goals to consider, according to the opinion of an amateur soccer player.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

Vallerta PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Alex’s personal opinion

Petra Deportes is responsible for manufacturing these goals, leading the sector with outstanding industrial quality, adding a one-year guarantee on the structure against defects and football damage.

The goal can be mounted in around 20 minutes, following the instructions,  and can be transported to the park or left assembled in your backyard.

Petra Deportes indicates that all goals have been evaluated by soccer clubs, local professional players, schools, youth camps and soccer fans around the world.

We agree that you will enjoy your Vallerta soccer goal.

Gol Me PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Jorge’s personal opinion

This is a type of goal that we would not normally add to the professional goals section, but having very good ratings and complying with all dimensions, it is impossible for me not to consider it in our ranking.

The GoalMe goal is one of the ultra-portable and almost indestructible goals, thanks to its aircraft grade aluminium structure.

The professional objective that this brand wishes to achieve will never clash with their goals durability and strength.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

Pass Premier PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Alex’s personal opinion

This range of goals from the manufacturer Petra Sports & Leisure, employs better materials than the goal we have prevoiusly talked about, Pass Official.

That is why it is called the Pass Premier with a strong galvanized steel frame and side posts, providing a robust construction.

If the previous goal is an AMAZON’S CHOICE for having good value for money, we are firmly convinced that this goal will meet your expectations.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

G3elite Pro and G3elite PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOAL

Jorge’s personal opinion

It is common for a brand to produce a few goals, but the G3ELITE brand has produced just two stronger, more robust and superior quality goals.

Both goals are FIFA approved and have been played in professional tournaments.

According to the manufacturer, these G3Elite goals will last 2-5 times longer than any other portable goal and can be left assembled in any weather or disassembled for portability or storage, to extend their life even longer.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

WHAT ARE PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GOALS?

To begin with we can say that professional goals are those that measure 24 feet long x 8 feet high at the posts, and must not measure more or less.

These caharacteristics are regulated by the highest football organization that governs together with football federations around the world, Federation of International Football Association, although it is better known by its acronym, FIFA.

They are the largest goals you can find both in the market and in any good football sports store, obviously not all stores will have a large goal on a window display.

If in our blog we talk about pop-up goals as being lightweight. We described portable goals as easy to transport and ready to play at any time. But professional or stadium goals are the opposite.

A profesional goal in the sunset

These goals are usually made of aluminium, designed to be fixed to the ground they will not move an inch in wind, rain or snow. As they are professional goals regulated by FIFA, they can be used to play matches 11 vs 11.

Football goals used professionally are those goals that measure 24 ft x 8ft (7.32m x 2.44m).

11 vs 11 matches are played in fields that follow FIFA guidelines and standards (International Federation of Football Association), and the size of the field can vary as it happens in the best leagues in Europe.

Just because top league pitches can vary slightly, it doesn’t mean that goals have to.

So, to ensure the integrity of the game, it is important that all goals and balls used have the same size, to make the game as fair as possible and avoid any cheating.

What size are professional goals?

The only dimensions of a professional football goal used in the best leagues around the world are the following: 24 ft x 8ft (7.32m x 2.44m) and I must insist on the importance of these dimensions.

The size of these goals will never vary as long as they are endorsed by FIFA (International Federation of Football Association).

We must have in mind that the little ones who start to play football cannot play in such big goals because they are not tall enough, and the  goalkeepers do not reach the crossbar.

So there are goals that, depending on the age and category of your son or daughter, will be most suitable for a progressive and natural development, for example the toddlers and children soccer goals nets

Are professional goals you buy the same as the stadium goals?

We can categorically say that the dimensions of a professional goal that you can buy, are the same as that of a stadium such as Manchester United or Real Madrid.

The only difference is the manufacturer’s design and that first-class stadium goals are bought by economically powerful teams, who take very good care of even the smallest detail.

Although, for example, the FORZA Alu110 Socketed Football Goal goal is undoubtedly the closest there can be to a first division team.

It is also true that when we buy a goal through Amazon, what we are looking for is the best ratio price/quality and not a super expensive goal, as we do not know if we will amortize it in the future. For me, having played football for more than 15 years, the FORZA Alu60, Forza Steel42 or G3elite Pro goals are the best I have ever seen.

Professional FOOTBALL GOALS VIDEOS

Best brands of professional goals

In my opinion as a footballer and based in what I have experienced and read throughout my years as a player, the best valued brand is the total FORZA football brand, manufactured by Net World Sports.

This football brand is manufacturing football goals offering quality and experience closest to professional football.

The characteristics of these goals are very good and they adjust at all times to what the user wants, whether it is to play with a professional goal or using a pop up or a 7 vs 7 goal, this brand has all sizes that you can imagine.

Another football brand that is not lagging behind in the market is QuickPlay, improving every day the lightness and portability of their goals so they can be installed anywhere.

Quality and durability is what QuickPlay offers overall and we can be sure that they deliver their promises.

Last but not least we have Samba, one of the most valuable brands in terms of production in the United Kingdom, with more than a million goals sold all over the world.

This company was founded in 1995 and has been ever since  manufacturing goals with world-class quality, accredited by ISO 9001.

Many of these brands also sell versions specifically made to use at home as the garden soccer net goals or the plastic soccer goals.

How do you install a professional permanent goal?

Depending on the goal you have chosen, you will have to follow different assembling instructions, whether they are mobile goals or fixed goals.

But we must insist on fixing the goals perfectly to the ground, before the match or training begins.

Types of professional goals

Depending on your mobility:

  • Fixed goals are the ones that will be fixed or semi-fixed in a specific place.
  • Portable / folding goals are removable and easy to transport from one place to another. They are quickly assembled and disassembled. Portable goals are usually made of lightweight materials such as plastic.

Depending on the placement of the net:

  • Bottomless goal: the net hangs down and is attached to the ground or back bar at a 45 degree angle to the ground. They are simple goals, which have little space inside.
  • Goal with bottom: normally used for fixed goals, although there are also portable goals of this type. They have bars behind the stringer to give greater depth inside. The bars and the net are angled at 45 degrees to the rear of the goal.
  • Drawer-shaped goal: usually those used by professionals. The net is attached to the crossbar, and tightened thanks to two support posts located behind the goal, creating a box shape. The space inside the goal is very wide.

BEST FOOTBALL EXERCISES TO DO WITH PROFESSIONAL GOALS

By buying two goals you can play matches from 7 vs 7 to 11 vs 11. Also the goals can be moved to determine the field size according to your preferences:

2 vs 2 sprint waves: This exercise is especially used to increase your endurance. Place the goals at a considerably great distance. One pair must start defending and the other attacking, if the defensive line is crossed it must end in a goal pass, in case of stealing, the roles alternate.

Precision Drills: This game can be played from any distance. And you should try to hit the 3 goal posts, as you hit it, you get further and further away. Perfect for playing with friends as fun is guaranteed.

1 vs 1 dribbling: dribble and score! Key technical aspect and increasingly used exercise. The key to this exercise is to pick up speed when you attack and know how to wait for the right moment when you defend. You can always play with a goalkeeper in goal to make this exercise more real.

Can you play certified real competitions in a professional goal you buy or do I need a special license?

Unlike the dimensions of the field, in which it is possible to play with a range of measurements, soccer goals must have the size established by the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA).

Also it is need this official measurements in the futsal goals.

What are professional goals made of?

Plastic: As a general rule, PVC is the plastic used to manufacture soccer goals. It is  a low cost material and not very dangerous due to the low impact they can produce.

They are designed for small spaces and domestic use, as the Inflatable soccer goals. PVC is a lightweight material, perfect for making portable or pop-up soccer goals. PVC also facilitates the placement of the arches in outdoor spaces, due to its good adaptation to all weather conditions and ease of transportation.

Steel: It is a harder, resistant, rigid, safe material with a longer duration of use. Steel goals are more expensive than plastic ones. Metal soccer goals have to be made with a galvanized treatment to protect them from corrosion.

This makes suitable to be used outdoors without any rust and longer periods of time. In most cases and as a recommendation, they are better used as fixed goals with great durability.

Aluminium: It is lighter than steel, also malleable and durable. It is the material used in professional football pitches or for the beach football goals. Normally an aluminum soccer goal has reinforcements in some areas and has to be replaced more frequently, because aluminium is not as strong as steel.

Combination of materials: Although they are not frequent, there are also goals made with a mixture of materials.

They are more modern bows, which can be folded. They are combinations of steel and fiberglass with fabrics to build a folding system for the posts.

This type of soccer goal can be used, for example, in a soccer 7 game, taking place on a smaller field which needs to be clear after every game.  The folding system comes very handy on these occsions, so we can keep the goal folded until its next use.

Did professional football goal size change over time?

The first rules of football come from 1848, and a goal was considered valid when the ball passed between two bars and under a tight rope between them that served as a crossbar.

Goals that exceeded the height of a goal today were considered valid as they did not have established measurements. A soccer goal then was similar to a rugby goal nowadays.

A few years later, 15 specifically, the rules of soccer established the exact size that the goals should have. But the crossbar or the height of the sticks remained unsaid. The boundary was still being marked with a rope.

In 1882, it was finally ruled that there should be a bar at a height of 2.34 meters. And years later it was proposed to put a ball collection bag, similar to what we know as the net today.

Until the 1970s, the goals were made of wood. Later they were replaced by steel goals and over the years they became aluminium. The innovation in material also produced a change in the shape of the bars, which went from square to round.

Where can you use a professional goal?

A professional soccer goal can be used in any place where there is enough space to place it, as they are very large. Basically, they are used to play in standard professional football pitches and 11 vs 11 matches every weekend or in pre-game training. Also, the flat coerver goal can be used as pre-game training because it is light, easy to fold and transport.

Obviously you can use a goal in a school, in a large garden or even in the middle of a field if you want to play with your friends, the point is to have fun and score as many goals as England when they face their rivals.

A football pitch and a football soccer goal

The FORZA ALU60 is a goal manufactured to the smallest detail of an elite construction for proper use all year round due to the aluminum design of the goal frame.

We can say with firmness and security that the dimensions of a professional goal are the same as that of a stadium such as Manchester United or Real Madrid goals.

In the best leagues around the world in professional football, the only dimensions in terms of a goal are the following: 24 ft x 8ft (7.32m x 2.44m).
